The sales progressor, Nat, made a huge difference to the process by keeping on top of what was going on and made it significantly less stressful and uncertain than it otherwise would have been.
One minor niggle was that the agent dealing with our sale changed during the process without us being explicitly told, which was a bit confusing.

We foundthe staff at premier plus to be very sincere and thoughtful,with Carl we felt he had bags of patience and was able to discuss options with protracted emails due to our busy sschedules but just as happy to chat with over the phone with no warning. They also always send us cards for major events which is a lovely touch. No complaints at all.

Tommy has just completed plastering one of my bedrooms. I found all aspects of the whole process from first telephone call to completion most efficient, including arranging the removal and reinstatement of the radiator by Jack. Tommy also redid the reveals in 2 other rooms. I am very satisfied with all the results. Tommy worked very hard, did not waste time and was friendly and polite. My rooms were left in a tidy state. Thank You for an excellent job.

We had new carpets fitted in March last year in all of the bedrooms, the landing and stairs. Jason came to measure up shortly after our initial call and quoted a very reasonable price. The carpets were fitted over three different days to fit our schedule, and everyone was very friendly and helpful at every stage of the process. We are very happy with our new carpet and highly recommend John Seymour Carpets! Thank you!
