Gainz is seriously a top tier gym and offers everything I look for. From a great range of lifting equipment to friendly, helpful members of staff. If you're in need of support supplements or even some quality gainz branded clothing, they have you covered.
The gym is always neat and tidy, with plates and dumbbells in their correct place rather than loaded on kit or left all over the floor like 99% of other gyms out there.
I'd highly recommend Gainz gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness and want a welcoming, fully equipped space to achieve their goals

I’ve been training at Gainz stneots now for 8 months now. Zero complaints. The staff, facilities, supplements and atmosphere is unreal. Proper gym, and cannot recommend it enough.

I've trained at Gainz for a while now, starting as a novice I didn't really have much understanding of what to do. In a very short time I learnt so much from the other members and staff, everybody is so warm and welcoming and there is no ego on the gym floor.
I train regularly and wouldn't change Gainz for anything, there's always newly invested equipment to keep on top of being the best gym in town, great atmosphere and different styles of music.
