Stall Bookings
The booking fees for stalls are £10 village commercial stall and £25 for a non village commercial. The booking fee is non refundable and will be invoiced in May 21.
If the event is cancelled due to COVID regulations, booking fees will be refunded.
There is no booking fee for Village groups, Clubs & Organisations.

Musical Entertainment
12 noon - Cambridgeshire Caledonian Pipe Band - will parade into the central arena to open the event. The Band are back by popular demand having performed at Paxfest 2019.
12.30pm - To be confirmed.
1.00pm - Porterhouse Jazz 6 - the Jazz band enjoys entertaining at Paxfest. Bowler hats, trombones and all that jazz. If you like Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Count Basie and music from the Forties- this is for you.
1.45pm - Royston Town Band- was formed in the mid 1800's and has played at many events in the area during three centuries.

Fun Dog Show Classes 2021
The Fun Dog Show will start at 1pm. There will be a 30 min break in the Fun Dog Show at 3pm. There are 15 classes and a Championship Class.
Registration is on the day and is £1.50 per dog per class.
On the day there will be a dog measuring chart for Small, Medium and Large Dogs to help owners decide which class best suits their dogs. There will be a new class for tiny dogs.
There is no restriction on the number of classes a dog can enter. The winner of each class has entry to the Championship Class.
Other AttractionsArk Farm
The Ark Farm is a mobile educational farm and will be bringing along Sheep (or lambs if available), pigs ( or piglets if available) , ducks, geese, chickens, a goat and a cow. Lots of hands on opportunities with two qualified adults.
Donkey Rides
Kelly's Donkeys will providing four beautiful donkeys for children to ride & pet. Age & height restrictions apply. Helmets provided.
Wildlife Mini Zoo
The Wildlife Mini Zoo is back by popular demand with Meekats, Snakes, Lizards, Spiders, Scorpions, Hissing cockroaches, Giant snail and other furries. Rabbits and guinea pigs will be there too.
CAR PARKING
Concerns have been raised regarding parking in the village hall car park on Paxfest day. Passes will now be issued for village hall car parking spaces with each pass having an allocated parking space- this will be mainly for entertainers and musicians for the event.
Stallholders will be issued with a field lay out prior to accessing the field to reduce traffic queues on the High Street. This will ensure a quicker access onto the field.
Stallholders will be issued with a pass to park on the QEII Playing field.
There will be NO public parking in the village hall car park.
The Paxfest Committee would like to encourage residents to leave their cars at home and walk/cycle or scoot to the event.
If you are visiting Little Paxton for Paxfest, please park on streets near the High Street (not on street corners).
Disabled Parking
The Rookery PE19 6QT & St.James Road PE19 6QW are ideal parking locations for disabled parking for Paxfest. There is a ramp at the The Rookery for easy access which leads to the QEII Playing Field.
