Plant Giveaway and Apple Sale!
St Neots town is known for its picturesque riverbanks and well-kept floral displays. Now is your chance to capture some of that beauty for your gardens.
Come along to a Plant Giveaway and Apple Sale on Saturday 19th October, 10:30am – 12 noon at Sudbury Meadow, Crosshall Road, Eaton Ford.
St Neots Town Council is donating some of the plants from the summer floral displays in preparation for winter. There will be a selection of half-hardy dahlias, rudbeckias, verbenas, marguerites and geraniums. Volunteers from Friends of Sudbury Meadow and St Neots in Bloom will be hosting the event and donations to support both groups will be welcomed.
If plants won’t brighten your day enough then there will be apples for sale from Sudbury Meadow's orchard; including Lord Lambourne, Lady Lambourne and Tydeman's Late Orange. Others may also be available. Proceeds will go towards the upkeep of Sudbury Meadow.
Don’t forget your own bags to ensure you don’t miss out on all the beautiful plants and apples!
