Parks Therapy Centre is pleased to announce that Hypnotherapist Clare, who specialises in weight loss and smoking cessation therapies, is running a clinic at Parks Therapy Centre on Thursday evenings.
Clare originally studied Psychology with the Open University and became interested in hypnotherapy after receiving successful treatment for smoking cessation. In 2006 she studied with the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis (ICH) and gained her foundation and diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
She works with her clients to make positive changes to their lives easily and quickly. As hypnotherapy is a drug free and mainly short-term therapy, clients can gain control over their condition in their own way and with their own resources.
She has previously run occupation health/wellbeing initiatives for local businesses, which covered issues, such as: smoking cessation, self-esteem and confidence issues, communication skills, performance improvement and public speaking
