A St Neots undertaker will take a leap of faith next month when he skydives from 12,000ft for several charities.
Andrew Hickson, owner of Kingfisher Independent Funeral Services in St Neots, will free-fall in tandem for 30 seconds and reach speeds of up to 140mph before opening his parachute to bring him safely back to the ground.
The charity skydive, which takes place at Chatteris Airfield on June 18, will be funded personally by Andrew.
All proceeds will be divided between Sue Ryder St John’s Hospice, Moggerhanger and the Little Paxton Church for Tomorrow Appeal.
If you would like to sponsor him forms can be signed, pledges made, or donations handed in at Gate Lodge, Cemetery Road, St Neots, PE19 2BX.
Alternatively, anyone wishing to donate online can email Andrew for the donations account bank details at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact (01480) 471001.
