Be one of the first to get a hands-on lesson of how to create the most delicious, authentic Gujarati style dishes;

At the workshop you will learn to cook the following dishes;

Jigla Surti Masala in Coconut milk – Tiger Prawn Masala
3 Chicken Dishes - Jeera Masala, Methi Masala, Garam Masala
Three vegetable sabji dishes, aromatic and full of flavour using butternut squash, peas, aubergine cauliflower, potato and carrots, finished off with a choice of single cream, coconut milk or yoghurt

A delicious desert will also be provided to round off your wonderful meal!
