I rarely post reviews but I feel Parks Therapy Centre St Neots really deserves 5 stars.
I've been visiting now on and off for many years and recently after receiving a diagnosis I'd rather not have received, I thought of Parks as I know I'll need help going forward.
I am so very glad I did as I'm seeing the wonderful Gina Houghton.
I have had 3 sessions so far and I feel much more positive now. Gina really listens, she is so knowledgeable, professional, calm and caring. As part of my last visit Gina massaged my shoulder and it made such a difference and she explains everything that she does.
Gina then sends reminder texts of the exercises she suggested which I find helpful.
All in all a fabulous service. The reception staff are friendly, it's so straight forward to make an appointment, parking is right outside and everywhere is spotless. We are so lucky to have Parks Therapy Center in St. Neots.
