Five stars isn't enough. The entire team has always been responsive whenever I've needed assistance, but the owner, Jack, recently went above and beyond.
I accidentally locked myself out when the wind blew my front door shut, leaving my keys locked inside. I called for help, and Jack arrived with spare keys in less than 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the spare keys wouldn't work because my key was still in the inside lock.
Rather than giving up, Jack borrowed a neighbor's ladder, CLIMBED THROUGH A FIRST-FLOOR WINDOW, and unlocked the front door from the inside.

Really enjoyed the film and the staff were lovely. Only small thing — the screens and toilets could've been a bit cleaner. Just a little more attention to that and it would be a perfect trip. Still a good experience overall
