Travel Sense found us a perfect holiday. They listened carefully to what we needed and delivered on all expectations (and more). Couldn't have asked for more from start to finish.
After struggling to find a holiday to suit our needs for our first family holiday for myself, my partner,my partners two children and my daughter I turned to Travel Sense and have never been happier. A ideal holiday was found and arranged for us and all the stress was taken away. We had a lovely holiday and know where to come to arrange our next. Many thanks to Mel who made us feel important and was committed to help.
I used Travel sense because I needed someone to get us a package deal for orlando. I have not travelled for over 10 years and I found Melanie (from travel sense) so helpful. She did not mind me phoning her with enquires also responded really quickly and didn't make me feel daft for asking questions. She went above and beyond to make our holiday run smoothly. When I first asked for quotes on package deals We were sent lots of different options. We were left to decide and not hassled at all to accept a quote. I will use Travel sense again they were brilliant. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making our first big holiday as a family so brilliant.
It was a great to have the extra reassurance of booking through experts for our first holiday abroad with the kids. Fran took time to understand our needs and went out of her way to help us with the extra questions we had regarding our son’s allergies. Communication was always prompt and professional, and the team are all so friendly! Thoroughly recommended.
We loved the personal touch that we got with you. Just after a few questions you asked about what we like from a holiday Laura sent us lots of holidays that all suited us it was like she had known us for years. I have always used Laura to book my holidays for me, however this is the first time I've used her while she's been at travel sense. The process is different to a normal travel agency, however we felt really looked after and that the service we received was very personal and hassle free. I'm going to be contacting Laura again on a month to look at next year's holiday. Thanks everyone at travel sense x

Travel sense put together a very special family holiday to Australia. They went beyond any travel agency I have every used to ensure that everything was delt with and any problems or questions i had were delt with straight away. Even going as far as booking our plane seats when I was having difficulty thank you travel sense especially Laura and Mel. I would always book with Travel Sense wether it's a small or large holiday.

I used Travel Sense Holidays for a Disney trip mid 2017. They were very easy to contact, they listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions based on their experience and then got back to me very quickly with great recommendations. The booking process was easy and with little effort, they sent me all kinds of relevant information and made sure I was fully set up for a great break. Afterwards they contacted me making sure everything went well. I would use them again if I needed a holiday.
I used Travel Sense last year to book a short break to Dublin for my mum for a big birthday celebration. Mel took care of everything for me, finding a great hotel, flights, transfers and providing advice about activities while there. I cannot fault the service Mel and her team offer.
Just WOW! Booked our holiday of a lifetime, was perfectly organised. We had a 3 destination trip, having Mel book and organise us, we really did have the best holiday yet. I booked a ski holiday in Bulgaria for March 2018. The service was great. Had good knowledge of ski resort and very helpful. Very good price. Five star advice great

I first used travel sense in 2017 & the services was excellent the girls couldn’t do enough to get my holiday sorted out they are that good they have sorted my holiday out this year & will be in 2019 .
