Tommy is outstanding at his job and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He plastered all the heavily artexed ceilings in my 3 bedroom house and did a brilliant job. He is highly skilled, pays attention to detail and always leaves everything clean and tidy. I was so delighted with the quality of his work that I employed him to convert half my garage into a utility room off the existing kitchen. He project managed the job for me and liaised with building control and all the other skilled trades professionals and the result is absolutely wonderful.
Tommy is friendly, respectful and trustworthy. He listened to exactly what I wanted and nothing was too much trouble. He is very reliable and kept me informed at every stage as I was living away at the time. The service I received from Tommy was excellent value for money and I would not hesitate to call on him again.

Following receipt of a prompt and competive quote, we had no hesitation in appointing Tommy for job. He has just completed the removal/preparation of ceiling artex to our stairs/landing /hall and Lounge / diner, completing the job with super flat skim coat. Tommy was clear with advice and time span during his pre-quote visit and we are extremely pleased with the finished job.
Tommy is polite, punctual and hard working and left the property in a clean and tidy condition.

Excellent job. We needed the artex scraping off a ceiling and then a plaster skim applied. Once we had contacted TP Plastering Tommy quickly visited and emailed a quote the following day. On the agreed date he turned up on time and then proceeded to work hard doing the agreed work. We are really pleased with the quality of the work. Tommy then cleaned up and left the room very tidy. Would highly recommend. Not only an excellent plasterer but a very pleasant person to have in your home.

Tommy has just completed plastering one of my bedrooms. I found all aspects of the whole process from first telephone call to completion most efficient, including arranging the removal and reinstatement of the radiator by Jack. Tommy also redid the reveals in 2 other rooms. I am very satisfied with all the results. Tommy worked very hard, did not waste time and was friendly and polite. My rooms were left in a tidy state. Thank You for an excellent job.

An excellent job. Tommy replastered the ceilings in the entrance hall, hallway, wc and landing and skimmed the whole of one landing wall, all to a very high standard. An absolutely outstanding job. We got Tommy in to skim 3 walls and the ceiling in the main bedroom we'd spent 13 months rebuilding. A lot of hard yards went in to that project, so we only wanted the best. We weren't disappointed! Tommy came the afternoon before to sort out the eaves on the cathedral ceiling and tape-up the seams on our plasterboard. He then arrived at 7.30am the next morning and grafted though 'til gone 3pm. What had started off as the wonkiest set of walls and ceiling imaginable was finished-off billiard ball smooth. A really, really first class finish from a polite and talented professional.

Right from the quote to completion, Tommy was brilliant to deal with. Very knowledgeable and skilled, and utterly reliable. He covered over our artex ceilings and even incorporated a last minute skim of an indoor archway into the project. Completed exactly in the timeframe set out, always on time and he left the house in an extremely tidy state both overnight and at the end. And most importantly the ceilings and archway look fantastic. I highly recommend him and would certainly use again.

I'm actually surprised Tommy doesn't have a full 5 stars from all reviewers.
We initially used Tommy for re-plastering during a house renovation we were undertaking. Of all the tradespeople we had come and go, Tommy was by far the best. Punctual, tidy, clean, very polite and always provided the best advice. His plastering is like marble, it's so smooth!
Additionally his rates were very competitive.
We used Tommy again for further work and will be using him for all our plastering needs in the future.

I would highly TP Plastering for all your Plastering requirements. Tommy is so nice and very friendly and professional and I can’t recommend him enough. He has done all the Plastering in my house which has been a lot and it’s all of the highest quality. He has repaired a couple of walls as well and you’d never know there had been a problem as the finish is outstanding. He will never do work that wasn’t needed which is amazing as I thought I needed a new strip of coving in one of the rooms but even though he had bought a strip with him, Tommy said that a new one wasn’t needed as the original was absolutely fine. An amazing quality in a tradesman.

I can't recommend TP Plastering highly enough. After reading other people's' reviews on this website I had no hesitation in getting in contact for a quote. Tommy came to have a look and I explained all the work I'd like to have done and I received my quote quickly as promised. Tommy's first jobs were mto skim my kitchen ceiling and repair a wall due to a leak and plaster the walls in the airing cupboard. He arrived on time each day and left everywhere clean and tidy at the end of each day. The standard of his work is outstanding and the finish is amazing. He is very polite and professional and a really nice person. He will be coming back to do some more work for me in the near future.

Had a water tank leak before Christmas and contacted TP Plastering about a replacement ceiling. Tommy turned up the next day, gave honest feedback about the damage and that he was unable to take on the work as he was fully booked for a few weeks. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowing the bedroom needed to dry out booked him for Jan 20th. He turned up on time, worked like a Trojan to get the ceiling replaced and plastered and rebooked the electrician because the ceiling needed to dry out. All the mess cleared up and a fantastic job done as well as new electric lights and leads put in today by his electrician colleague. I would never use another plasterer again - totally reliable, honest and thoroughly hard working doing a superb job. Very impressed.

Tommy recently removed the artex from our hall, stairs, landìng, kitchen, utility room and dry lined the conservatory wall. From day one he provided us with a quote, arrived when he said he would, did a really great job, cleared up, was very considerate and polite (not only to us but to the cat and dog too!). We would thoroughly recommend him and definitely use him again. Brilliant..
