I relatively recently moved to St Neots and I was looking to build a relationship with a garage to look after my cars. I made a contact with Chris at Total Auto. Since that first contact I have not looked back. The customer service from Total Auto is exceptional, I have been delighted and impressed with the quality of their work. They are honest, they are reliable, their communication is excellent and all works have represented real value for money. I work long hours in London, I drop my cars off on route to the station and they drop my cars back off at home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Total Auto to anyone looking for a first class garage to look after their motoring needs.

I simply wouldn't go anywhere else these days for all my mechanical work. From my own car to my wife's they have helped with our servicing and even a Saturday call out to replace a fan belt on our Astra helping us get a way for the weekend. They have been helping with my beloved MG Midget also. Great knowledge and great support at all times.

Just had my car MOT'd and serviced . The guys also looked into a couple of more issues (idle and hesitating engine...). Price is reasonable too. I've dealt with Chris to get my car checked - very friendly. Great customer service!

Chris and Co. are the best! They provide top notch customer service at the best rates. They are always helpful and considerate of my crazy schedule. The other auto shops I've been to made me wait several days to get my car back. Total auto fixes everything quickly and right the first time. When I have car issues I always go to them.

I found this Gem of a Garage on the Web and glad I did, having made my appointment on the phone when I arrived with my car I was made most welcome by Chris, I was treat with the utmost courtesy and respect, the service was second to none , I could not recommend Total Auto any higher, if you want a job done with skill and dedication this is the place for you.

Excellent service and really nice personable guys. Front Pads and discs, oil change and an air con regas all done at a really good price. Dropped me off in time for the X5 and dropped my car back to my house. Would highly recommend.

What can I say. From the start you don't get that awkward feeling of being given loads of technical speel about the problems with your car which is followed by a quick diagnosis, speedy resolution and professional finish all for an exceptional price. My Audi A4 has an issue starting first time, the price was good compared with other quotes, dealt with quickly. So pleased I asked them to service the car as well which was also at an excellent price! We be using them again!!!
