What a life saver! Nothing is too much trouble for this excellent cleaning company, who have been tending to our many and varied needs over the past six years. Fantastic, spotless and courteous staff, with only high standards, are inspired to do a great job by their excellent bosses, Steven & Lee. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the company always gives an outstanding performance. They are extremely versatile, coping with all circumstances, and have an excellent knack of placing the right people on the job. The United Reformed Church in St Neots have used The St Neots Cleaning Company since their refurbishment in 2010. From the beginning, Steve explained what he could offer in terms of cleaning and he tried to meet us on financial terms. He emphasized that quality and customer satisfaction were the company's priorities. We had used other cleaning companies in the past, and found them lacking. We were pleased that they hand picked and trained their staff and reiterated several times that they wanted customers who were satisfied at all times. If we were not satisfied with anything then we were to inform Steve immediately, and he would resolve any issue. We have NEVER had any issues. The work that Lee and Max carry out for us is of an excellent and efficient standard and they are professional and trustworthy. Hundreds of people per week use our facility, so this is not a small job, but it is all about customer satisfaction and good communication between the Cleaning Co. and their clients.

I have used the St Neots cleaning company for many years now both on a professional and personal basis. The owners, Steve and Lee, are great to deal with and have a real passion for customer care rarely seen in this line of work. The cleaning standards are amazing, i can compare their cleans to that of a frenzied mother on the eve of her daughters wedding before all the family arrive!! No stone, or cushion for that matter, is left unturned. From using them on a professional level I have learnt that they train their staff before releasing them on their own and even once the high level of cleaning standard required has been attained they are still then spot checked to ensure standards remain so very high. All in all I cannot praise this company enough. A true joy to deal with.

Having never had a cleaner before I wasn't sure what to expect but I didn't need to worry - Steve explained everything to me, gave me several options and a reasonable price for the service. I have nothing but praise for my regular cleaner, Kerry, and The St Neots Cleaning Company. It's a delight to come home and find my house sparkling clean.

I have used this cleaning company for a number of years both for helping with Spring cleaning and Christmas cleaning, doing the heavy work. I now use them once a week for regular house cleaning. I have always found them and their cleaners to be reliable, trustworthy and good at their work. They are also reasonable. They are considerate of my cats as well. I regard them as friends as well as a cleaning company.
