The St. Neots URC are very satisfied with the jobs of the St. Neots Cleaning Company carry out with regard to the cleaning of the toilets and the carpet cleaning. The company is very obliging with regard to the timing of fitting in with the activities of the church. There have never been any problems as they are efficient and responsive to all our needs. I understand that they care for all their customers by dealing with their individual needs. Cannot fault their willingness to oblige the people whom they look after.

I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about this company. I am very sparing with my praise, so it's a big deal for me to be this effusive. First off, the quality of their cleaning is exceptional. They go above and beyond any professional cleaning I have ever had done. They are thorough but also very respectful of my things and the way I want to have things arranged. Their cleaners are incredibly polite and it's always a pleasure to see them. On top of their exceptional cleaning, their prices are VERY reasonable. I pay less than I did when I hired a cleaner off of gumtree and their work is better. Their customer service is truly astounding; I have never experienced anything like it. Steven is always able to be reached. He replies to emails and phone calls within minutes. He has been beyond accommodating. On one occasional he drove to my house to pick up a payment. When I forgot to unlock the door for our cleaner he arranged an alternate day. He's unfailingly polite and bends over backwards for his customers, which is truly rare this day and age. I truly cannot recommend this company highly enough.
