We have used the St Neots Cleaning Co for more than six moths so far for regular fortnightly domestic cleaning. From Sally’s initial visit onwards, we have been very impressed with the good communication and professionalism. Our regular cleaner is reliable, thorough, and hardworking, and is also unfailingly bright, cheerful and friendly. It is good to know that we also have holiday cover when needed. We would not hesitate to recommend the St Neots Cleaning Co, and in fact have done so twice so far.

I was recommended to try St Neots Cleaning company and have been extremely happy with every aspect of their service. Having had a previous bad experience with an agency type cleaning company, it is very reassuring to know that I can totally rely on both my regular cleaner and (if she is away or unwell for example) any replacement . They all do a great job both in making the house lovely and clean, and also - important to me - not leaving everything in the wrong place!! It was easy to arrange the cleaning in the first place, and also to contact Sally or Steve with any questions or if circumstances change. There are lots of options from one off or occasional cleans to regular cleaning at various intervals. I have been so happy with everything that we have used them for other jobs elsewhere - regular cleaning and one off carpet cleaning for example. All their cleaners whom I have met have been friendly, efficient and very hard working. Highly recommended

We've been with Sally and her team for more than 4 years and we are so happy and impressed with their friendliness and professionally. We love to come home every second Wednesday to a squeaky clean house. With a busy working week there is no way that we could manage with out them! Fantastics service done by a fantastic team. We've been using St Neots cleaning for a couple of years now and are very happy with the service we receive both from the weekly cleans but also Steve and Sally on management side. We recently changed from bi-weekly to weekly because it's so nice to come home to a thoroughly clean house and not have to worry about it.

I needed help with the housework when my husband came out of hospital 3 years ago. I wasn't sure if I would like someone else coming in and doing the work, but after a friendly and helpful consultation I tried it. I found I was comfortable with the person who came along and she was very adaptable to fit in with changing circumstances. The work was done quietly and well and I have been very satisfied. The arrangement has always been maintained most dependably.

I have only been using them for a few months but am delighted with the service. The contract was drawn up at the outset so no surprises about the payment or the dates when cleaners would arrive. Cleaners are very friendly, polite and friendly and are not at all intrusive. They bring all the equipment and materials and leave the house in an excellent state. Wish I had engaged them a long time ago!!
