I’ve used the storage units here for a number of years. The building is always spotless, and I felt comfortable with the security, furthermore my items left the storage unit in the same condition they went in some 5 years later (which talks to the environment they are in). Staff are always pleasant and helpful and I always felt like a valued customer no matter the question I was asking. Highly recommended.

Great place to store your items , had 1 unit for a long period great access 24 7 definitely recommend, if I ever need storage space again I’ll be straight back there , friendly staff , can’t fault the place

Within a day of first contacting the lovely staff at STAR selfstore in St. Neots I had my storage all sorted and used it for the first time. The place is clean, tidy and very well organised. Larger trolleys would be a benefit, especially when moving a larger number of items but the service itself was excellent.

Big building with lots of storage rooms which can fit a lot of things in them. The place is open 24 hours and has lots of security you can not get in without entering a code at the gate to the car park which is quite small. There are around 3 floors and it is barely ever busy.

Fantastic Storage facility. Emma was so welcoming back in August and ran through everything with me. She has been supportive through the last 9th Months which I will be forever grateful. The Facility is clean and secure with security access 24/7. They also have a range of moving boxes to help with packing. There is also confidential waste bags that can be purchased and returned when full. St Neots Self Store is a good all round storage facility with generous size Storage units, I would definitely recommend to everyone. Emma is very special, she is kind and caring and always on hand to help or listen.. super lady, she made my whole experience stress free

I have used a storage unit for over a year. This is a good secure building that is always kept spotlessly clean. It has storage units of various sizes and is easy to use and access, including 24/7 out of hours access. There is a large lift to access units on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. There have been occasions when the lift has been out of action which does then mean you can find access restricted unexpectedly as a result. However, they have always repaired the lift promptly and are very good at keeping you informed when such instances occur. Emma in the office is always helpful and friendly.

We have been using St Neots Self Store for a few years now. Never had a problem in all that time. Emma is fabulous to deal with. Easy going and super friendly. Always willing to help and always with a smile on her face. 24/7 access and storage units are easy to get to. They make it very easy to change if you need to move to a bigger / smaller unit. Competitively priced. Highly recommend.
