These guys, especially the young manager, just give great service. I arrived at 5:30 tonight, just when they should have been going home. I was going to make arrangements to come back in the morning for my Calor Gas, but, no they happily re-opened the cage and got me 2 of those big cylinders. I run an event catering business and regularly need gas bottles. St Neots Hire or Buy not only give me a great rate, but deliver them to me and take the empty ones at no extra charge! and with very short notice. All the guys are helpful and knowledgeable....a great team to do business with. Thanks.

I have just totally redesigned my garden and used hire or buy for for supply of the gravel and shingle. I also hired a mini digger and cement mixer. This is a great local business that really go that extra bit to assist customers. I changed delivery times twice but they where really good and delivered when I needed. Would recommend to anyone in the area.....

All I needed was a new chain for my saw - not only did they supply the chain - it was fitted within minutes saving me hassle outdoors when I came home.

Being somewhat new to this business of DIY, I was really grateful for the time and effort put in by their staff, not only to show me the features of each model but also to ensure that I chose one that most suited my needs - interestingly not the most expensive! I must say that their customer service is first class and their prices the cheapest I have found. Highly recommended, I will be shopping there again!!

i use hire and buy on many occasions and i have found that the staff are freindly reliable and do the very best to help yuo
i had my tipper break down and the guys at hire/buy came through for us they managed to get the materials to my job within a matter of an hour thanks guys
also the delivery side of things is really good and the hire for plant also good and qaulity of tools in shop both excellent
and the pricing of tools and materials are good too
which is important to us at rgb
