I have recently started using Estelle and her team at Premier Plus for BTL mortgages. Have been impressed with them so far. Infact I have had a mortgage advisor for years but this team seems to have stepped up their game and is now as good as my previous advisors. As a result using them more and more. Please continue to be proactive as you have been, there has certainly been a marked improvement in this service.

I honestly cannot recommend Premier Plus’s service enough. We were in touch with Jim throughout our house buying process and he made the scary process of choosing and applying for our first mortgage so stress free and easy. It’s been the first experience with mortgages with Premier Plus but Roxy and Daniel were fantastic managing from start to finish a let to buy and porting a mortgage across for me simultaneously. I can’t recommend them highly enough! They met all dates and deadlines and completed in 8 weeks. Being in full time employment and having a small BTL portfolio they took all the stress out of things. Even their recommendation for conveyancers was spot on! They will have all my business moving forward!
