I feel very guilty as it has taken me until now to upload my review. Premier Plus helped me and my wife secure our mortgage for our first home last December. They also arranged our mortgage protection. Kate, Helen and Clare were flawless in their service and made the whole experience straightforward and stress free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Premier Plus to anyone and I will certainly be using them again the future.

We are first time buyers and we have been working with Carl Homes to secure a mortgage. At the start of our search we felt completely overwhelmed and pretty confused, but Carl took the time to meet with us remotely and talk us through all of our options. Fantastic. Went to Premier Plus with a crisis in regard to a mortgage that we were let down with upon having an offer accepted on a house. With a very volitile mortgage market they were able to find us a totally new mortgage that worked for us incredibily quickly, that kept us going with the process of moving home. Highly recommended.

Helen was fantastic with all the insurance side of things, she was extremely informative and helpful in me deciding what policy’s to go for and didn’t pressure me into anything.
Overall, I could not fault Roxy and Helen one bit and the service provided by them was 10/10.

This is the second time we have used Premier Plus for Mortgages, and both times it has been stress free and we will not think twice about returning again once the Mortgage deal expires.

I had tried other brokers for a remortgage with no luck but then spoke with Kevin at Premier Plus who put me in touch with Mark. I am so pleased we were recommended Premier Plus by our estate agents, I cannot fault their professional, practical and friendly service. Due to these recent uncertain times I really worried we would struggle to find a mortgage but Carl managed to secure us a great one.
