We had a great experience working with Ryan for our protection insurance. He has excellent knowledge and took the time to really understand our existing cover, our circumstances, and what we actually needed.
Ryan explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. We really appreciated the time and care he put into finding the right cover for us.
We’d highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful protection insurance adviser. Thank you to Ryan and the rest of the team!

We used Premier Plus as our mortgage advisors for our first property purchase, and Roxy was excellent from start to finish. She gave us plenty of information about the property and the area upfront, and made the process and all the important details easy to understand. She (or someone from her team) always replied to our emails promptly. We will be using Roxy again when we need to remortgage. Highly recommended!

Can't thank Premier Plus Ltd enough for the best mortgage rates and exceptional service. Its a company that delivers exceptional customer service and cares about its customers foremost.
One of my friend went through Premier too and they said they own a home just because of Premier. The company strives to offer the most competitive deals so what more could you ask for?
The Bday cards are such a personal touch with all the staff signatures.
My massive thanks to every member of the staff.

Roxy has been an absolute star from start to finish, when it looked very unlikely that our exchange and completion would happen on Thursday she was straight on it and got this sorted for us by going above and beyond. Once again thanks so much. Andy & Emma

This business has provided a perfect experience for myself and my wife buying our first property.
They have been helpful, friendly, informative, and professional.
Thanks to them, at no point have I felt overwhelmed or confused by any aspect in their control.
Once my fixed term mortgage expires, I will be straight back to get their assistance!
I'd happily suggest anyone else use this adviser if they need mortgage or insurance advice.
Of note is the fact they informed me every time they would be away from work in case I was confused about the lack of a reply.

As first-time buyers, the team was incredibly helpful throughout our mortgage journey. They guided us through our first purchase, which unfortunately fell through, and were supportive and reassuring every step of the way.
When we found another property, they worked hard to find us the right mortgage deal, even after the property was downvalued. They explained our options clearly, kept us updated throughout the process, and made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to navigate.
A special thank you to Carl, Mikealla, Clare and Chloe, who were all fantastic throughout the process. Their professionalism, patience, and friendly support made a real difference, and we always felt like we were in safe hands.
We're so grateful for all their help and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable mortgage broker.

Ryan has been amazing! I was told previously I would never get life insurance and my previous advisor was so unhelpful after being rejected due to my health issues. Ryan listened and got me my insurance sorted with no hassle. I would 100% recommend using Premier Plus and would use them again in the future. Thank you for all your help!

The Premier Plus team have provided excellent support for recent financial transactions and would not think about going to anyone else.
Roxy and Clare worked very hard to investigate best options based on our needs which were not straightforward and monitored the request when it was in progress which was very reassuring. Professional throughout, we felt that the team were always putting us first as customers.
