I have been using Premier Plus mortgage services since 2007. The last two occasions I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Roxy. Friendly, kind, smart and knowledgeable. She has helped me as a single mum and then again 5 years later to buy my dream home with my partner. She was extremely responsive and we felt that she went above and beyond on occasions, helping with spreadsheet queries etc. We wouldn't go anywhere else for mortgage advice. I trust Roxy implicitly and would recommend both Premier Plus and Roxy to anyone and everyone. She is a credit to the company. Premier plus have been great. They have helped us with so much so far including mortgage , insurances and wills. We will certain continue to use them, and add more things other than the list soon. It felt like Roxy went to the ends of the earth to make it all possible, and to secure us the very best rate. She was always a delight to chat to and never too busy to answer questions or reassure. When we then passed to Hannah for all the administration stages, she continued to make us feel looked after and confident in the process. We also have to say that if they were ever absent (for holiday or something) then one of the other team members would be cc'd in and they would always get back to us - meaning we never felt like we were alone or had to wait.
