After a RTA I had bad whiplash - Ivan, Amy and Jason have been amazing. So attentive and knowledgeable. Pain much better and with exercises and massage I am confident that I will soon be back to normal. Can't thank you all enough - couldn't have had better treatment

I can't rate this service as after waiting over a week for an appointment, it was then cancelled 30 minutes before. Was offered something well into next week and was told that cancelled appointments are an ongoing issue for them. That doesn't really help me though, does it. Do they only have the one physio? The rating I can give is for the pre-service quality, which in this case is poor, although very apologetic (hence 2 stars not one!)

Thank you for the above feedback. Whilst this is not a true reflection of the services we provide, your feedback is appreciated and acknowledged. I have looked in to your case further and it seems there has been some miscommunication somewhere along the way. Our reception team advise me that your appointment was unfortunately cancelled as our full time physiotherapist has been off unwell with the sickness bug which has swept through the clinic and country like wildfire. We have 4 additional physiotherapists that also work at the clinic part-time which in turn totals and extra 40 hours per week on top of our full time physiotherapist. In addition to this, I myself usually provide sickness cover but I am currently on holiday, therefore I am not able to provide this service on this occasion. The reception team advise that you were offered appointments on the following Mon, Tues & Wed (1, 2 & 3 working days later) but unfortunately you were unable to attend these. Unfortunately, your appointment was first thing on a Friday morning which left only a very short time to cancel/telephone you once the physio had notified reception that she was unwell that morning. A discount was also offered if you wished to re-book, however I believe you declined this. I hope this clearly justifies the events which lead you to make this review. We provide a high level of service in all aspects at Parks Therapy Centre, however, sometimes there are instances where things are unfortunately out of our control and all we can do is apologise for the inconveniences caused.
