I have never had a back problem in the past, but about 6 weeks ago did something that put me out of action for 3 weeks. If you are like me and work for yourself this was a major problem. Thank god for Parks Therapy Centre. Jennie was fantastic and identified the problem within 5 mins of the examination and I am well on the mend after only a few treatments and advice on strengthening exercises. You hear so many people say they have a back problem and if you were like me and thought stop whining, I will never think that again because it can be so debilitating and worrying. If you have any type of joint or muscle problem don't hesitate to call Parks!! It was the best thing I did to get sorted quickly.
