Excellent, very professional. Easy instructions and good feed back. Small pilate classes so you get the attention you require, and you are taught how to do the exercises properly

Parks physio has been excellent for me. The diagnosis and treatment and pilates classes have been spot on. A problem that was not dealt with correctly for years by other physios has been corrected and I am beginning to be able to move like a 40 year old and not 80!.
