Had an old boiler and hot water tank removed and new combi boiler and pipework fitted by K Fisk Plumbing & Heating in November 2013. The work was undertaken swiftly with a minimum of fuss and disruption. Would highly recommend K Fisk Plumbing and heating to anyone looking for a high quality plumber

We had a Air source Heat Pump fitted in Oct 2013 and we are delighted. Kevin helped from end to end with the process, assessing our needs and finding us a solution to fit our current house and enough capacity if we wish to extend.
Kevin was punctual at all appointments which for us and our busy lives was highly appreciated. Kevin gave advise and offered solutions but let us have input into the fine details and we feel he allowed us to ask as many questions as we needed.
We trusted Kevin and his team to work unsupervised in our home fitting the system and they were very neat, tidy and respectful of our home.
Once the new system was fitted Kevin has been back on a couple of occasions to help with bedding in issues and help us to fill in Green Deal Paperwork.

'This is now the third time we have used Kevin, with a new boiler and bathroom, fitted competently and efficiently, in our old house. He is always a pleasure to work with, does not leave the place in a mess, and we will be calling on him for the next stage of plumbing works as we upgrade our 1970's home. Called Kev after our gas boiler decided not to provide us with heating in a recent cold snap. Kev duly arrived the next day at the allotted time and had it repaired in very quick time. I can highly recommend Kevs service which was fast, efficient and cost effective.

Sorted out our "very sorry for itself" boiler, provided a quote for new one as requested, but unlike many others, did not push to sell one and advised that our current one was adequate for now. Refreshingly honest and so helpful.
A week later also nipped over to sort out a broken radiator that needed adjusting for no charge.
Would recommend highly and will be using for all our plumbing and heating needs from now on, thank you!

Kev has carried out some work for me in the past, replacing a faulty boiler which had broken down due to water ingress. From Kev coming to investigate to having the boiler installed and fully tested was probably no longer than a week and a half. Extremely quick service. I called Kev again the other night asking if he could help with a leak under the kitchen sink and his extremely prompt response enabled me to rest easy knowing the job was in safe hands. Invoices and paperwork is sent out extremely quickly meaning I can plan my expenditure, no waiting for weeks to get an invoice. Good business practices as far as I'm concerned. Always a prompt response from Kev - keep up the good work.

Kev Fisk did a Gas Safety Check for me and was fast, prompt, reliable, helpful and friendly. His bill was reasonable and he even tightened a loss tap on the sink for free while he was there! I cannot recommend him highly enough. I am so glad I found him and I will use no one else ever again.

Kevin did an excellent job for us recently, replacing an ancient oil, gravity fed system with a new gas combi boiler.
He let us know exactly what he was going to do, answered all our questions and carried out the work as described. There was a small leak in the system and he came straight back and fixed it.

Had a new bolier fitted by mr K Fisk and i am amazed that i have not had any issues with this so far , i have always had issues with my heating systems for the last 5 years on and off so i tend to check most days preassure/leaks & water tempreture , i have to give credit where credits due and say i am very happy with my new system and would certianly recomend Kevin to all . .. thanks
