Kev came to my house and fixed a heating programmer problem that baffled others and had persisted for a few years. He arrived in good time as agreed and worked unaided and left everything clean. We discussed options for the new programmer and he set it all up to suit our needs and budget.

Kevin has looked after the plumbing at my family's home for many years. He has done everything from boiler repairs through to fixing leaky taps and even installing entire bathrooms. All of his work has been to a very high standard and within budget. We are so pleased to have found Kevin and look forward to working witn him for many more projects in the future.

Kev always goes above and beyond like when our heating stopped working just before Christmas. He came round and managed to put in place a short term fix and then returned first week back in the New Year to properly sort it out. He then did all the paperwork as we were still in warranty so there was no charge either.

I contacted Kev via email to make an appointment to service my boiler and gas hob.
He responded prompty and organised to come out in a few days. He arrived early and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
I received my safety certificates immediately along with some expert advice.
Highly reccommended - will definitely ask Kev to do the service again next year!

Kevin and his colleague were in and out in less than 2 days. They made a minum of mess which was cleared as they went (except one piece of chipboard, sorry guys). They were cheerful and pleasant. I will go back to them for any other plumbing. 6 stars

Mr Fisk is very knowledgeable about Samsung's air source heat pump systems. He serviced our system and diagnosed some issues which when sorted increase the efficiency of the system. Thanks, we look forward to passing this correction work to you some time soon.
