Based near St Neots, Jennie's Cakes can create large cakes, tiered cakes, cupcakes and cake pops in a wide range of delicious flavours, including:

• Madagascan vanilla
• Rich fruit cake

As Jennie explains, “Many of the flavours are my own recipes, developed by trial and error and tested by my taste team – my family – who are my harshest critics! My fruit cake in particular is incredibly popular, with one customer coming back time and again whenever the opportunity for cake arises – his birthday, members of his family's birthday's, Christmas... any excuse will do!” 

All cakes are baked to order, using the finest ingredients including free range eggs. There are no preservatives and dietary restrictions can be catered for, with gluten-free and dairy-free options available.

 Cupcake lessons 

If you love baking but haven't quite mastered the decorating, why not sign up to a Jennie's Cakes cupcake lesson?

During a two hour class, you will learn how to pipe buttercream and create fondant flowers, so you can impress your family and friends with your edible masterpieces!

Included in the price are six cupcakes ready to be decorated, plus all the ingredients and equipment you'll need, plus some cake and a cuppa! Classes are a maximum of four people to ensure you get some one-to-one attention.
