We had our bathroom completely replaced in August 2013. We were very impressed with the product knowledge and advice that we received at the outset and after a couple of minor problems that have now been sorted, we can now say with confidence that, we are very satisfied with the fit and finish. All of the fitters were excellent, polite and did a good job.

We used Inspirations to replace two bathrooms in our 20 years old house. We were recommended to them by a neighbour and a friend who had both previously used them. For the main bathroom we wanted the bath removed and a large walk-in, low-level shower fitted in its place. Inspirations grasped what we were wanting immediately and explained how it could best be fitted - which was more than a couple of other bathroom people had managed. The work was done in two stages - family bathroom first, then the en-suite a couple of weeks later so that we always had one working bathroom. Both bathrooms were first gutted, then new flooring, tiling and fittings were installed. The fitters were very professional and managed to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy throughout. A couple of minor problems in the work (changed toilet seats, extra grouting) were fixed rapidly and at no extra cost. We are very pleased and impressed with the final finish to both bathrooms and would recommend Inspirations to anyone looking for a new bathroom.

We wanted Inspirations to do our kitchen as it was a big job knocking two rooms into one. What could have been a really stressful time was remarkably stress free. Wayne did the work with care and consideration to us and our home at all times without any fuss, and nothing was too much trouble. The staff at Inspirations, from design to installation, have all been very well educated in their products and have very good skills to problem solve issues with the property. The installer, worked extremely hard and achieved the required completion time, as stated when the order was accepted. The communication with us has always been excellent, both from the office and with the installer. The latter made a point of clearing up at the end of every day, and had an understanding of the intrusion made by skilled workman in people's house and their neighbours. An excellent job and outcome.
