Unfortunately, I realised I had wrote down your address incorrectly, nor did I take your contact number which was an error on my part. On the morning I was due to come and see you, I typed in 14 Coplen Close into Google but this address did not exist. I had no way of contacting you to my frustration. My only hope was that you were going to call me when realising I had missed the time we agreed but unfortunately I did not hear back from you. My sincere apologises again.
