First time my 5 years old went to the cinema. Great experience, the staff are brilliant and so friendly, the place is clean, great varieties of snacks and for a decent price, good seats, definitely coming back

Good car parking facilities at a reasonable rate of pay ( £1 for three hours) lots of screens offering good choice of movies. My only issue as always is the price of food and drink. The price of the ticket alone is expensive and if you want a drink and some nibbles you can spend more than you would at a pub to buy lunch and a drink. This always puts me off going to the cinema...

Good cinema, screens and seats are in good condition. Two negatives though: The first one is that there aren't many screens so they focus on blockbusters to get the cash in, don't expect indie or lesser known films to be shown. Second negative is that the ceiling lights during the film are too bright for my liking compared to other cinemas. I don't know if this with every Cineworld but it's noticeable and annoying in St Neots.

Staff always helpful and friendly. Kept nice and clean. Only downside is the terrible placement of disabled seats otherwise it would get 5 stars.

Nice and cosy cinema complex. Rock bottom cheap parking (compared to Cambridge) though not free like Huntington. Very helpful and friendly staff who pointed out deals to us. Quite small and cosy but most importantly very quiet. Really enjoyed time here and will be back.
