Went to see Ghosts: The Possession of Button House today at Cineworld in St Neots today. Easy to book tickets, mostly clean and tidy (little bits of popcorn on the floor near the tills, but that’s to be expected), viewing rooms were great. Staff were friendly and engaging. Free parking at the back too! Lovely!

Attended screen 1, the floor was sticky and the chairs a bit worn but comfortable enough for a movie.

Lovely and well looked-after cinema. It's modern, with comfortable seating. The seating and toilets are clean, and, whilst its screens are smaller than some others, they are well suited to the reduced size of current cinema audiences. There is also ample parking to the rear, including several blue badge slots - but beware of turning into the adjacent supermarket car park. It's in stark contrast with Huntingdon's Cineworld offering which, though large, manages to look dingy and is poorly cleaned.

Midweek visit as a treat. Fairly standard but staff were very helpful. Couldn't get the machine to scan my prepaid ticket, turned out the scanner was broken on the machine I chose.

We visited St Neots Cineworld last Saturday 11th Sept to see Practical Magic 2. We had a very difficult journey to the cinema due to diversions and then arrived at Cineworld St Neots to find our our intended film had been moved to a later slot. We were quite upset by the days events. We would like to commend Sarah, the front of house manager, for her customer service and care. She made sure we had somewhere sit and wait, gave us complementary coffee and popcorn and generally took care of us. She is an exceptional member of your staff. Thank you Sarah, for all your kindness and care.

Really enjoyed the film and the staff were lovely. Only small thing — the screens and toilets could've been a bit cleaner. Just a little more attention to that and it would be a perfect trip. Still a good experience overall

Nice small cinema from Cineworld. I thought the seats are not as good as the cinema in Stevenage as the arms feel higher thus making you feel slightly hemed in.
Good selection of films available. Paid car park is not very expensive and is close to the cinema. Good selection of eating places around as it is placed in St Neots town centre.
Only bad point is the lack of selection in the film's they show here, still have to go to a larger complex to see some of the smaller films released.

This is a lovely cinema, it is kept very clean . Every time I visit I have a good experience. Staff couldn’t be more helpful . Need to purchase an unlimited card as I go weekly ☺️

We Had a problem with online booking today and had to go into the st Neots cineworld to speak to a manager. His name was Ben and he was so helpful and sorted us out immediately very professional and friendly. 5star manager there x
