Just moved into the house and the alarm went off. Without having the code I needed to get a specialist in quick to sort the problem. Within an hour of calling Ben, he arrived and solved the issue. We had him back a couple weeks later to fit a new updated alarm system. Really impressed with the work and service.

When I accepted his quote he quickly arranged the service, and on the day arrived on time. The service was completed with no trouble and I was happy to have made the change. Smart, polite, professional and tidy. Converted ADT monitored alarm to self monitoring but it was going the extra mile that impressed. When old keypad and fob box replaced it exposed several ugly holes with red rawlplugs. The rawlplugs were removed and holes filled. Luckily filler similar colour to walls but I didn't expect him to do this.
