Excellent installation, reliability been great, yearly service on time and absolutely brilliant staff from office to engineers.
Only ever had one problem (which prompted this review), a faulty sensor. Called office, same day engineer called. All sorted.
In this day and age that level of service is exceptional and commendable

We've been customers of Alarmsmiths for two homes and for 15 years now and can honestly say that their customer service and their installed systems are excellent. Today we've had a fault on a bell box that has lasted 11 years (well outlasting it's two yr warranty) and they have been and replaced it within an hour of reporting it. Their engineers are knowledgeable and friendly and their office staff are lovely. Such a helpful and reliable team. We would thoroughly recommend them if you're thinking of getting an alarm system installed.

Simon &his team at Alarmsmiths Ltd have installed new CCTV cameras for our new Parish Office. Alarmsmiths were able to work with the building contractors to install the cabling. The guys were efficient and tidy, even very patient with my two unruly dogs! For the last 10 years we have used Alarm Smith and have always had top customer service. We have recently had a new system fitted and could not be happier. Chelsea does a lot of our servicing and she is a delight and always answers any questions we have. I could not recommend Alarm Smith any more and will continue to use them for many years to come.

Really happy with our security solution and aftercare. We get prompt responses and service on the occasion we need a call out (battery replacement and power cuts etc)

Terrible customer service and after showing them a lot of loyalty, referring them to other customers we were left with a terrible mess of wires, holes in walls and a monitor and recorder left dangerously on a kitchen worktop.
It seems once they have been paid they loose interest in keeping their customers happy!
