I would like to thank the Alarmsmiths team for the work they have done, providing great support and information throughout our Alarm and CCTV installations. From the initial visit with Simon to discuss the options, through to the installation by Matt and Matt they were very professional. The guys were efficient and tidy, even very patient with my two unruly dogs! Matt (Matthew) took time to up date me throughout both installations on their progress and confirm all the options that had been chosen. A great job guys, thank you so much.

For the last 10 years we have used Alarm Smith and have always had top customer service. We have recently had a new system fitted and could not be happier. Terrible customer service and after showing them a lot of loyalty, referring them to other customers we were left with a terrible mess of wires, holes in walls and a monitor and recorder left dangerously on a kitchen worktop.
It seems once they have been paid they loose interest in keeping their customers happy!

We recently decided to have an Alarm system fitted for our house in Great Staughton. We wanted to use a local company, so we contacted Alarm Smiths. Simon came out to do the survey, he was very polite and helpful, and advised us on the best system for our needs. We agreed a price with him, and less than 1 week later a lovely lady called Chelsea came out to fit the alarm system. Of all the Alarm companies I contacted for a quote, Alarmsmiths may not have been the cheapest, but they have been the most professional & helpful company I have dealt with. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is very much applicable here. Thank you to Simon for taking the time to perform the initial site visit and provide the quote, and my biggest thanks to both Matthew & Chelsea for the hard work they put into the installation of the Alarm & CCTV system I wanted. Their work was to an extremely high standard, always cleared up after themselves, always had the time to answer my questions. Nothing was too much for them. Recently had a wireless alarm fitted by Alarmsmiths and we are very happy with the service from start to finish. Simon was excellent talking us through all of the options available and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. Our engineer Matthew who fitted the alarm was great and did a fantastic job explaining how the system works and set it up perfectly.
