Melissa Kirby at 2by2 Holidays interpreted our requirement perfectly and arranged the southern Africa holiday of a lifetime for us. 12 nights, 5 flights, 5 transfers, 3 locations pus an overland transfer through the Panorama Route and it all ran like clockwork.

Absolutely first class service - ordered choccies flowers and a balloon last night at about 9pm - all delivered at lunchtime and photos sent to me too to show what they all looked and confirmation if time and place of delivery. Cannot recommend highly enough - super job !

WOW WOW WOW what a trip!!
I was recommend to 2by2 holidays by a good friend. Their attention to detail, listening skills and understanding of our brief and budget was superb. They truly helped us to surpass some very high expectations that we all had. It’s been a dream of mine to go South Africa for my 50th and my daughters 18th birthday so the stakes were high. The budget was not overly generous so we had our work cut out, but we found such incredible places to stay to get the true experiences that both Cape Town and the Kruger Park had to offer and we can honestly say we loved every single minute of this trip and none of us wanted to come home. I have already recommend you to a friend.
The excursions were so informative, the winery tour were fantastic as were the views and the landscape, the drivers were just great and so knowledgeable and happy to give us history lessons on the way round and offer extra stops to see something we should not miss, every recommendation just was brilliant! I really mean it when I say everything was just perfect and my 50th and my daughter’s 18th will never be forgotten.
The Arethusa lodge with their incredible knowledge and amazing rangers, gorgeous happy smily staff really added the icing to the cake, we didn’t just see the big 5, we saw what they call the magnificent 7! This is so rare apparently but they just took opportunities to really gives over and above what we booked in for. What I also loved was whilst it offered luxury it was truly authentic and we felt so close to the animals - so much so 5 elephants came to drink from the plug pool. The Cape Cadgon Guest House in Cape Town too was just perfect, we will return there! Huge thanks to some incredible staff at 2by2 Holidays without your true knowledge base we would bit have achieved this most perfect holiday. Can’t wait for the next one! Thanks you for your time and patience in ensuring we got this the holiday to be a truly wonderful experience.

Booked a special holiday in Africa and Mauritius. Melissa was fantastic from start to finish and helped us put together a perfect holiday. Everything went to plan and all the accommodation we stayed in were spectacular, couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Will definitely use 2by2 holidays again when I'm booking my next faraway holiday.

Our holiday to India was going to be for a special occasion, so we had many things on our list of requirements. We were also wanting to travel across many miles to visit certain towns. 2by2 Holidays arranged guides for us at each destination and a driver for the duration of the holiday. We were even escorted to train stations ....and airports (for domestic flights). Everything was taken care of. It was very much a worry-free holiday. The hotels were also top notch, even the ones in the jungle. So if you want a private tour of India, I can highly recommend 2by2 Holidays. We also did a private tour of South Africa with 2by2 Holidays and that one was also brilliant.

The Trip planned for us from scratch, far exceeded all of our expectations.
From the drivers doing all our land transfers, being so courteous and always arriving to meet-us on time, to each and every holiday destination,and the hotels and their staff, being so welcoming and helpful during each different stay with them.
However, what was never (and could never be) imagined, nor anticipated, was our unique stay at the Private Game Lodge and Game Drives in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve, going out twice a day, running adjacent to The Kruger National Park. A Once in a Lifetime, Never-to-be-Missed, and absolute Bucket List must.
Unbelievable doesn't ever get close to the experience of being, literally within feet, of all the "Big Five" animals - and more besides - and the knowledge, experience and friendliness of our Guide and our Tracker.
2-by-2 excelled in every way, from their help in the initial planning of our trip, help at each stage of the booking process, availability at all times to answer questions, and proffer help even whilst away if need be.
Their huge experience, helpful Team and efficiency also goes way beyond anything you may have encountered with any previous Travel Agencies, Planning and Organising each and every step, from Experience, having themselves visited everywhere where they recommend. ***** (Five Star Plus.....) and really not even that rating does them justice !!!!

Thank you so much to Jade, who made a beautiful bouquet for my cousin in Redbourn and sent me a confirmation email with photos of the flowers, and they were delivered the same day!! As I live in Australia now this made it much more personal. Above and beyond what I expected. Best customer service I have received from a company in ages. Would highly recommend!!!
