Overall the holiday was fantastic. As promised we where the only 2 people on our safari which was made even better by our great guide Kennedy from Pollmans. The Baobab Beach Spa and Resort was great the staff brilliant and friendly. All this was put together by 2 by 2 holidays and the communication with them was very good. Our representative at 2 by 2 Rosie made everything come together with no messing about or stress put on us. I would definitely use 2 by 2 holidays again for any long haul destinations that I would travel to.

2by2 know their business. We put ourselves in their hands for our holiday, and we’re not disappointed. They advised and recommended places based on their experiences and the result was an amazing holiday. Over the year we spent planning this, 2by2 were very supportive. I am a worrier, but they put my mind at rest and never seemed to mind my emails and stupid questions! The holiday itself went like a dream. We had a total of 7 flights, so lots of airport transfers and opportunities for disasters, but no, everything went like clockwork and I have no doubt this is down to the wonderful organisation of 2by2 and their overseas colleagues. Would highly recommend.

Superb, I cannot fault the excellent service provided by 2by2 in arranging our trip to Kenya. The programme was expertly constructed to achieve the brief we set and, in all aspects, expectations were exceeded. I has planned to organise this trip myself, but would not have achieved the good value or wealth of experience which 2by2 achieved. I would not hesitate to use 2by2 again.

Excellent knowledge in terms of planning and putting together itinerary, with quotes coming out at very competitive prices.
Really helpful and full of advice in lead up and very helpful with an issue (not the fault of the company) during the holiday-even sorting it out whilst we sat marooned at the airport many many miles away.

We recently returned from a safari/beach holiday booked through 2by2 Holidays and their representative Rosie.
We spent 3 days in the Maasi Mara, a night in a hotel in Nairobi, and 5 days in the Seychelles. As you can imagine, there were numerous flights, transfers, pickups and drop offs etc. We were anxious about many aspects of the organisation and logistics involved in this trip, but Rosie sent us very clear itineraries, and we loved the Vamos app. which gave us daily updates about flights etc. We are happy to say that every aspect of our trip went to plan and we are completely happy with the service we received from 2by2. They were efficient, helpful and obviously have very good contacts in all the places we visited, as the agents in kenya and Seychelles were equally as professional and informed.
2by2 made us feel like they really cared about our trip and wanted us to have the best experience we could,working within the budget we gave them - without any hard sell, but suggesting upgrade options when we asked for advice.
We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting to book a similar holiday.

Melissa and the team at 2by2 were very friendly and helpful, answering our queries and coming up with a great itinery of locations, accommodation and wildlife opportunities for our holiday in Zimbabwe/Botswana. When one problem arose during the holiday Melissa was very quick to help resolve and we would definitely return to them for our next adventure!

Our trip was thoroughly planned and 2by2 Holidays gave a personalised service we trusted. Everything went well and we had an amazing time. I really appreciate the thought and efforts made to ensure the trip was accessible to myself as a wheelchair user. It wouldn't have been possible without them and was given undivided attention to reassure me things were planned well. I have another trip to India booked and I'm already looking into other trips with 2by2 for next year. Thank you for such an amazing trip.

I have now booked a number of significant trips through 2by2 Holidays to both Africa and South America. My holidays by nature need to be highly bespoke, I also tend to want to fit a lot into a short period. The team at 2by2 have been exceptional in their helpfulness and knowledge, going above and beyond to provide me with itineraries which perfectly hit my expectations. They have detailed knowledge of the destinations and working with the local suppliers are able to ensure you get the very best experience. Every trip has been perfect. The knowledge 2By2 shared when planning our holiday to Sri Lanka resulted in a well planned and most wonderful holiday.
