Having next booked a holiday through an agency before (normaly sorting it all myself) I contacted 2by2 just to get some quotes for our honeymoon. The service from day 1 was amazing, I gave a rough idea of wanting to do a Safari and beach honeymoon & was contacted by a lady called Rosie who gave me a range of ideas and quotes to suit our needs, resulting in us booking our dream holiday, 3 days on Safair and 5 nights in Mauritius. From that day Rosie answered all my questions and made our honeymoon so stress free.I was sent an email with all the documents we needed a few weeks before our departure, and given access to an app which also included all the info so I could load it on my phone. All transfers etc were included so we had nothing to worry about with all the travelling between destinations.We can't thank Rosie enough for giving us such an amazing honeymoon & I will be recommending & using 2by2 holidays in the future!

Short of paying for the holiday for me there is literally nothing 2by2 could have done to be more accommodating and understanding than they were. They picked out the perfect locations, the perfect flights and created the perfect itinerary. I wouldn't think about booking another holiday to Africa without talking to them first. Every single little detail was considered and catered for and I can't believe we managed to get the holiday we did for the price we paid. Nothing was too much trouble and I had confidence that I could have called them about any problems and they would have found a way to help.

We have just returned from our second trip to South Africa booked through 2 by 2. Our first trip was amazing and our second trip was even better.
The whole trip had been planned to make the most of every day and we loved every minute. The team at 2 by 2 couldn’t have been more helpful and their knowledge gave us the holiday of a lifetime.

2by2 Holidays. The company and its staff were always keen to make sure we had the right information in order to make an informed decision about the content of our holiday in South Africa. Any issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Cannot recommend them highly enough based on our experience. Wonderful holiday in Kerala!!! Everything went like clockwork, as with our last holiday to South Africa with 2 by 2 . Both times they really listened to what we wanted and needed and put together a truly personalised package to us, fine tuning the detail after the original proposal. Nothing was too much trouble, always on the end of the phone line and easy to access. We would urge people to visit Kerala, wonderful relaxing friendly place where everybody can’t do enough to please you. They have worked hard to recover from the floods but still lost a lot of business. The media reports problems but sadly doesn’t report that they have been overcome. Thank you to all the team at 2by2
