Thank you so much for putting together such a fantastic personalised holiday for us. The two locations for walking in the Drakensberg Mountains were stunning in such different ways. The coastal stay in Ballito enabled us to visit the wonderful Durban Botanical Gardens and Crocodile Creek, a unique experience. To finish with 3 nights in Hluhluwe Game Reserve capped a brilliant fortnight and we were even able to visit the local village school and community to capture how life can be for those living on the edge of the reserve. At each location we were made to feel valued visitors by all that we met. Driving from location to location proved to be much easier than anticipated (despite the potholes).

The company is always polite, helpful and sincere. They always bend over backwards to help whatever it is that needs sorting. I always recommend them to friends and travellers, I don’t even bother getting a comparison quote from another company, they are the best.

Claire and her team put together a tailor made trip for our time in India The arrangements worked without a hitch. In general the standard of hotel was high with the exception of the Palace on the Ganges in Varanasi although it was in a good location

Our holiday in Zimbabwe was spectacular, and the thing that enables us to award 5 stars to 2by2 is that everything worked exactly we expected. The itinerary they and us put together gave us exactly the mix of history, local culture, spectacular scenery and astonishing wildlife that we wanted. And all the arrangements they had put in place for us happened when and where they should, and we guess that Zimbabwe is not the easiest country to work in. All the reassurances that Melissa had given us about travelling there proved correct, it’s an astonishing country to visit with problems that have to be lived with. Power cuts affected us just about every day in different ways, petrol queues are enormous, and the currency situation laughable (if you’re not a resident, in which case it’s far from funny), but none of these detracted from our enjoyment of the places we went and the fabulous local people we met. All in all a country we were sorry to leave and a holiday we did not want to end.

Thank you again Melissa at 2by2 Holidays for sorting out an amazing trip yet again, very help and good tips and always trying to help look at different lodges / hotels / trips while booking , always did what ever you required and at a quick turn around on quote and availability.
The whole trip was just out of this world , the safaris lodges you booked were first class all very friendly and great services and super guides , from airport transfers to day trips 2by2 sorted the lot , everything I asked for they managed to sort, the one or two issues we had were quickly sorted out at speed and they always answered there phones and within the hour another trip / transport was arranged. Overall it was a very easy experience and was nice to have someone to do the planning of your dream holiday. will be using them again .

I will admit when I first came across 2by2 Holidays and got a quote for my trip to Uganda for Gorillas/Chimpanzee Tracking I was a bit sceptical as the price quoted was very competitive compared to other companies I had contacted. However I had no need to worry. I had a very easy time making my booking with Rosie. I gave her a rough idea of what I wanted and she came back with a good itinerary at a very good price. The accommodation used was overall very good. I would have given 5 stars but for the hotel I stayed at during my trip which was a bit of a let down. However this does not take away from the service I received from 2by2 Holidays which was great.

We just got back from a trip to Uganda and Kenya. Yes we were very happy with our holiday. Have travelled with many other tour companies but with 2 by 2 you really feel like someone has your back all of the way. This became clear when our return flight was delayed meaning we would miss our connecting flight and the car picking us up from the Airport. One text to Melissa and she was straight on the phone letting us know how it would be fixed. As promise, everything worked out fine.
We had great accommodation, good advice, did all we hoped to do and just simply enjoyed our experience knowing 2 by 2 were there if needed. First class service. Thank you for a great break.
