Melissa at 2by2 organised a customised trip to South Africa at quite short notice which was fantastic and not only met our needs but also suggested some additional activities which we had not initially considered. The communication and customer service were excellent and the trip was well organised with the numerous transfers between destinations all well organised. The hotels were good and trips and safaris had excellent local guides. We had a memorable trip!

2by2 are a fabulous local and professional business, who totally deserve every one of their 5 stars and more.
They provided us with an unforgettable holiday adventure of a lifetime.
Once we knew we wanted to do a Safari, their expertise on everything from the countries to visit, the environment, logistics, and places and wildlife we wanted to see were exceptional. Nothing was too much of an issue for them. We were quite specific that we wanted an "off the wall" A-B destination adventure for our 20th wedding anniversary, with our 14 year old son. We did not want a "run of the mill" safari holiday. Melissa went out of her way to accommodate our ever changing requirements.
She listened to our need for adventure, and ideas, and provided us with a fantastic A-B adventure from Zimbabwe all the way to the Okavango Delta in Botswana. Taking in Victoria Falls, then canoing and camping with hippos on the banks of the Zambezi; River and driving Safari in Chobe National Park; beautiful Ngoma Lodge in Chobe, then began the off-road adventure through Botswana of 4 days/3 nights 5 star bush camping in Sivuti National Park; finished off with short flight to Okavango, staying at the very special Sanctuary Stanley's Tented camp in Okavango.
The organisation, accommodation and logistics of our trip was top notch, and completely seamless from start to finish. That is purely down to the professional partners that 2by2 used in both Zimbabwe and Botswana.
I would not hesitate to recommend 2by2 to anyone. Forget the "run of the mill" travel agents, with 2by2 no stone is left unturned to ensure your holiday is perfect in every way, and exactly as you want it, with seamless, professional service all the way. They fully deserve 5 stars and more.

I wanted to send something special to a friend who lives in the area, i rung on a Saturday Morning for delivery the same day, they were very helpful over the phone, The flowers they did for me were just beautiful, along with balloons and chocs, they arrived to my friend at 3pm and after i received email with pictures which was great, i will defiantly be using again in the future and would highly recommend.

The trip overall was very good. We went on a trip to Tanzania which consisted of 3 days on a Safari, 7 days at a beach resort in Zanzibar, and 2 nights in Stone Town in Zanzibar. The safari portion of the trip was outstanding, the accommodations, food, service, and time spent in the bush were all well beyond our expectations. The time in Stone Town was ok, but we would have rather cut the time short than spend the last two days there. The town is pretty run down and there isn't much to do. The beach at the resort was beautiful and the water was perfect, it was lovely to sit and relax on the beach. The rooms at the resort (Diamonds Mapenzi) left something to be desired, however, In our 7 day stay, we had to contact maintenance on 5 of the days to deal with the following problems: broken A/C, broken sink, shower not draining, no water pressure in the room. Additionally, the beds and the rooms themselves were pretty bare-boned and were not the most luxurious or comfortable. We would not recommend staying at Diamonds Mapenzi to our friends and family.
Finally, the overall logistics of the trip were relatively smooth, although there were a few glitches. The night we arrived in Dar es Salaam, the hotel did not have our reservation on hand and we were forced to wait for a while to get our room. The next day we were supposed to travel to the safari, but they also did not have our reservation on record. We were again delayed, with the staff at the hotel in Dar es Salaam being very vague about the situation, and we almost missed our flight to the safari resort as a result. Finally, the transfer from the domestic airport to the international airport never showed up on our journey home, so we were forced to pay an additional fare to a taxi driver after waiting for the shuttle that never arrived.
Overall, it was a good experience!

We've just returned from a fabulous 23 day bespoke tour of Peru and Brazil organised by 2by2 Holidays. This was our second holiday with 2by2 and I cannot fault a single thing. The itinerary exactly met our requirements; organisation of transport and guides during our trip was first class and the accommodation throughout was superb. 2by2 go above and beyond to understand their clients' wishes and deliver an outstanding service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your trip of a lifetime.

Superb personal service: they were only too happy to revise our trip to Peru and the Galapagos through several re-iterations until we came to a programme that met our requirements exactly. Their choice of the local agents to handle everything in South America was evidently very good also, as we were looked after very well without any hitches in the arrangements. Met at all the transport transfers, and personable, knowledgeable personal guides to take us round, what more could one want?

We can not praise 2by2 Holidays too highly following our return from our holiday of a lifetime to South Africa. From the initial contact through the whole process to our return home could not have been better organised and seamless. Help and advice were always available and the organisation 'on the ground' in South Africa and the 'local' guides were excellent.

all the way from Johannesburg to Cape Town such a vast Country first class hotels in beautifully setting
