The company took note of most of our needs and organised a brilliant experience for us.
The guides were fantastic, understanding, willing and able with lots of knowledge and experience in their areas.
All rooms were accessible and facilities were usable - a BIG help having the mobile shower chair.
Will definitely use them again as keen to go back with our family. Just got to save up first!
Kept us informed at all times.

What a fantastic holiday we enjoyed in South Africa and Mauritius thanks to the truly excellent services of Claire and the team at 2by2. Nothing was too much trouble and her tips and advice were invaluable. Despite working to a tight budget, all our accommodation was superb and the locations outstanding,while the organisation ran like clockwork. We cannot recommend their services highly enough.

We dealt with Melissa at 2 x 2 Holidays and it was organised brilliantly from the moment we were picked up at the airport, to the moment we boarded the plane to come home.The accommodation of coco de mer, falaza game reserve, cathedral peak hotel and nxala ranch was excellent. Melissa was absolutely fantastic, listening to what we wanted and planning a fantastic honeymoon for us.
Unfortunately, one of our flights was delayed and we missed our connecting flights in Amsterdam. We rang Melissa's mobile (it was about 10pm!) and she sorted everything out for us, from rearranging our missed safari day, transport and hotel.
We could not recommend them highly enough - thank you so much x

It was by chance that we came across 2by2 holidays during a last minute holiday idea. We approached a number of providers who weren't interested and didn't want to help, and we were saved by Rosie! We aren't used to booking through travel providers so it was hard for me to be out of control for once. She was extremely patient throughout and ensured that we had a number of options to choose from. Even when we had a few hiccups whilst we were away (through no fault of 2by2), they were there with us every step of the way - even though it was late on a Friday afternoon, and we were also offered support out of hours. I can whole heartedly recommend 2by2 Holidays and would be happy to use them again!

They arranged a wheelchair safari holiday to the Masai Mara in Kenya that was out of this world. I would happily recommend using them as they answered my questions promptly and also called to talk through different options. In case you are disabled I am a tetraplegic who took a carer with me so don't wonder if you can just go for it.

Excellent service and beautiful flowers. The flowers arrived when requested and looked lovely. In addition to the message to say they had been delivered I received a picture of the flowers which was not needed as I was there but a really thoughtful touch. I will definitely use again if I need flowers delivered in that area.

We used 2x2 holidays for our first ever Safari holiday to Tanzania. This package included all flights, pick-ups/transfers, accommodation & game drives.
From initial contact with 2x2 to accepting the package we had several conversations and exchange of emails. Flights, accommodation & itinerary were amended and agreed with no quibble. All questions willingly answered.A very good service we would use again.
