I cannot say enough about how grateful we are for the way in which 2 by 2 organised our holiday. Everything fell into place exactly as planned and our holiday probably ranks as one of the best ever. Rosie put together our trip from a brief chat and we loved everything. Thankyou Rosie from Karen and Martin Cox.

After several years of Interflora flower deliveries being more leaves than flowers and not lasting very long. I came across Perfect Moment Florist. All of the bouquets they have sent to my mother over the last 3 years were excellent. Plenty of flowers with a compliment of foliage, long lasting and the delivery service was excellent. She was disabled so quite slow coming to the door, but having advised them of this, there was never an issue with needing a repeat delivery. They send an email with picture of the finished bouquet to the person that ordered the bouquet, also detailing that it was delivered. Great customer service!
When my mother passed this year, I used Perfect Moment for the funeral flowers. All 4 of the bouquets were amazing and exactly what we had discussed Mum would like. They were customized from the standard bouquets/pictures and the team were very friendly and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of their kindness during a difficult time.

our holiday couldn't have been better suburb advice , great hotels , the safari was amazing we saw the big 5 every day at close quarters over all 5/5 ! could find fault, Melissa was fantastic, thank you

Loved every part of our 2by2 holiday, thank you. My comments are not a complaint but purely observations for you.
Met at the airport and delivered to Lawhill apartments (there were no maps or tourist information leaflets provided as per voucher) . It was a shame that the apartments booked by my brother and myself (with 2by2) were not in the same block closer to each other. The free bottled water is only provided on the day of arrival and not through out the stay.
Franschhoek Hotel was stunning, nothing could be faltered except it was a shame we couldn’t all be overlooking the bleautiful lake. We were provided with a free glass of sparkling wine overlooking the small lake in the sunshine when we arrived which was a very nice touch, pure heaven
Oudtshoorn hotel was also lovely and our rooms were quite pleasant although my brother again was in a different part of the hotel and quite far away . This hotel is a bit disorganised as they didn’t remember my booking for meerkats or stargazing and once I book them they got the times wrong for both. The meerkats were amazing but the stargazing was the big disappointment of the holiday. The man preferred to talk about himself and his life rather than the stars (Not good value). They also put all the meals and extras onto one bill (my brothers & mine) to save time!
Hermanus hotel was again amazing, the best of all. Brilliant location, lovely view and very comfortable hotel. They even allowed us to leave our suitcases downstairs and continue to use their facilities (swim & walk out back) in till approximately 1 PM when we had lunch beside the pool, very generous.
Although your itinerary photos don’t always look great, I have learnt from past holidays that my friends, family and I have done with 2by2 that all your hotels/apartments are of a high standard, wonderful locations and I trust your choices. Thank you..... until the next one ☝️

I would like to congratulate the staff at 2by2 Holidays, particularly Melissa Kirby for her tolerance and understanding with my many questions and queries. In short this
was one of the most rewarding trips I have ever done. I have fallen in love with South Africa and undoubtedly will return. I particularly enjoyed the high standard of hotels that were booked for us and had no issues or problems at any point of the tour.
The group as a whole were good company and it was satisfying to talk and listen to there views and comments about the trip and their past experiences when travelling.

Claire and her team ensure every detail is covered when planning your trip, no stone left unturned ! The recommendations and the overall service are second to none.
Knowing that you are going to be taken care of safely when arriving in South Africa by Claire's contacts, particularly as a solo traveler, is very reassuring. I would not hesitate to use 2by2 again and have already recommended them to others.

I came across 2by2 when looking for safari holidays on the Internet and I'm so glad I did. I dealt mostly with Melissa but also with her colleagues and they were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful and put together an amazing package for my Mum, sister and I to Tanzania, for a safari in the Serengeti and a few days in Zanzibar - they made sure we were well informed about where we would be staying and what we would be doing and were there for us every step of the way including sorting out a room upgrade for my Mum who's in her 80s so she could have easy access to the beach from our accommodation in Zanzibar. Their price was extremely competitive and they did offer us a cheaper alternative going to the Masi Mara which they said would be a very similar experience but we decided against this for our own reasons. Altogether a great company to deal with and one I would recommend to anybody.
