I have engaged with Perfect Moment for many years and would not contemplate using any other florist. Even if the delivery address is outside the normal area, I pay extra to ensure that any flowers I want to send are arranged by the team at Perfect Moment. There are 4 main reasons for this: firstly, the flowers are kept in a glass refrigerator which guarantees for the most part the longevity of the arrangement. Secondly, and very important for me, Sam & her team are imaginative and stylish; I prefer unusual, modern bouquets and arrangements rather than something selected from a book. The team use pearls, diamantés, coloured wired shapes amongst other modern twists in design. Thirdly, whatever I have asked for such as themed arrangements for parties, is designed exactly as I want. Ie. We held a Mafia party and the only brief I gave was, make it Mafia-like and can you put some guns in it please! Finally, and critical for any business is the relationship with the staff and customer. Led by Sam & Cindy, the team are friendly, reliable and work with great humour and fun. All in all the customer experience is a pleasure. I written this lengthy review because I owe a debt of thanks for the innovative floral orders they have created for me. I wish you luck in the up and coming awards nomination- the whole team from Sam to the delivery driver deserve huge praise for their outstanding stylish designs & customer service.

A bouquet or arrangement from Perfect Moment is always a cut above the rest. Always so stylish, always so beautiful, always made with thought and care. Cindy and Sam are hugely talented florists and always produce the very best... but special mention should go to the effort and time involved in the funeral wreath they made for my Dad - musical notes! Not an easy job but they were determined and the result was amazing. I'd never go anywhere else - because nowhere else matches up!

The ladies in Perfect Monent Florist are always so friendly and helpful and produce beautiful displays of flowers. 3 years ago they did flowers in a shape of a bingo card for my Grandma's funeral. It was amazing.. I always recommend them

Friendly staff who care about each customer. They did my wedding flowers 10 years ago exactly as I wanted-they lasted for weeks. My family has used them since and on the birth of my two daughters I was bought the most gorgeous flowers. I am still recognised which really gives the personal touch.
