Kathryn is an absolute delight to deal with polite uncomplicated and understood not only the needs of my business but my needs as a business owner. Kathryn is never afraid to go that extra mile and she always replies so you always feel valued. Would definitely recommend certax and Kathryn with no hesitation.

Kathryn offers a personalised service and always goes the extra mile to meet the needs of her clients. She is totally reliable and knowledgeable and explains complex matters in easy to understand terms. Accounts and payroll are often a burden to the small business owner but with Kathryn on board any potential problems just disappear. We have already recommend her to a number of people who have always engaged her services. Highly recommended.

I had issues with HMRC. From the first meeting with Kathryn I know I had the right person on my side to sort the issue. Kathryn is polite, methodical, persistent and clearly very competent at her job. She listened to my explanation of my situation, asked relevant questions and suggested a course of action. Kathryn communicated with me regularly throughout the whole period it took to sort my issues out, so I knew exactly what was going on and where we were with my case. She always did exactly what she said she was going to do when she said she was going to do it. Not only did Kathryn sort my problems out with HMRC, I was awarded a substantial tax rebate. Her fees are very very reasonable. I cannot recommend Kathryn high enough.
