I had issues with HMRC. From the first meeting with Kathryn I know I had the right person on my side to sort the issue. Kathryn is polite, methodical, persistent and clearly very competent at her job. She listened to my explanation of my situation, asked relevant questions and suggested a course of action. Kathryn communicated with me regularly throughout the whole period it took to sort my issues out, so I knew exactly what was going on and where we were with my case. She always did exactly what she said she was going to do when she said she was going to do it. Not only did Kathryn sort my problems out with HMRC, I was awarded a substantial tax rebate. Her fees are very very reasonable. I cannot recommend Kathryn high enough.
