I went to Phil for my first tattoo 3 weeks ago, I told him what I wanted and he was brilliant at throwing ideas at me and made me the perfect design that I absolutely love! He was fantastic on the day went through things step by step, and genuinely has pure talent! Thank you so much Phil.
