How exciting .... The Steal City was identified as the best destination for a bargain one-night break out of 20 cities surveyed throughout the UK by TripAdvisor.
Published today, the study examined 20 UK cities and compared the cost of two people having a one night stay in a four star hotel in the summer month of August including a pre-meal cocktail, meal out and a short taxi ride. Sheffield won!!! An evening and one night stay would set you back only £153.94 - that's less than half of what it would cost if you stayed in the equivalent in Edinburgh!
Sheffield boasts numerous tourist attractions including the Botanical Gardens, Graves Park, The Peace Gardens, Winter Garden, Theatres and a variety of museums and galleries as well as great hotels, bars and restaurants.
As the greenest City in England, we definitely agree that this vibrant location is the best place to stay!
