We can’t praise this company highly enough. From the moment we walked in to the conclusion of our order we were looked after with such care and consideration. The staff are polite, welcoming, knowledgeable, kind and patient. We always got the impression that they wanted the absolute best for us, it wasn’t about the money, it was about us finding what we wanted as a family. Carol led us patiently through lots of different options, readily showing us special offers so that we could work comfortably within our budget. Now that the memorial headstone has just been installed we can also confirm the superior quality. We were blown away when we saw it, it is truly stunning and better than we could have imagined. Thank you Carol and all at Walsh’s, you’re the best.

I lost my mum in January and our hearts were ripped out..Walsh funeral and memorials were our chosen funeral directors they were local, the packages they have were decently priced and had everything we needed to give mum the BEST send off.
We came from a family that was mostly women too which made our decision even more personal and gave it that special touch.
I can’t praise this company enough and rate them I had flowers also included which were excellent they listened to what we wanted and made mom feel special (which she was) and the support on the day was amazing.
I’d like to thank Carol and Nicky with all my heart on behalf of us all.

Millie was very helpful from start to finish. She suggested why shape memorial is nice for what we wanted, a picture on one side and a flower on the other. She kept us updated regarding, the artwork is fantastic, the sandblasting portrait of my mom in particular. Thank you xx

Efficient friendly service all the way through the process from arranging the funeral to the actual funeral. The cars and girls were very smart they arrived on time and they quietly guided us through the service. Thank you Megan for easing the stress on a difficult day. Everybody at the service thought the dove release was a nice touch.

I can't thank this company enough, not only did they take care of my dad at the time of his passing, but recently my mom had 2 memorial vases done for my dad, they were outstanding and Lisa was amazing, taking time to help my mom choose the fitting words for my dad's vases, on behalf of my my mom Pauline and family, we would like to thank you once again for the compassion shown to my mom and myself you are all one in a million thankyou

From the moment I went to office I was treated with empathy and compassion. All the ladies I dealt with are very professional. We recently lost our son, and the funeral directors at Walsh Funerals were wonderful throughout the entire process. From the moment we walked in to enquire, through the funeral itself, and finally when we received the ashes, we were treated with professionalism, compassion, and care.
The first person we met was Jaycee Noone, who explained everything in a calm, professional, and deeply caring way. We followed her suggested plans and were more than happy with how we were able to say goodbye to our son. Jaycee also put us in touch with a recommended celebrant, Tracy Jones.
Tracy came to see us and took the time to talk about our son, carefully noting his life, his loves, and important moments along the way. She delivered a tribute that was both descriptive and heart-warming, truly honouring his life.
The pallbearers, led by Marie, were immaculate in black (with the option of white if we had chosen), and conducted themselves with dignity and respect.
All in all, I truly don’t believe we could have chosen better than Walsh Funerals during such a difficult time.

A very professional and compassionate company. I am very glad we found them. Easy to get in touch with, good opening hours and staffing (the complete opposite to Bloxwich Co-op funerals, who never got back to us and who were mostly closed -their loss, our gain!). I highly recommend Walsh's - a proper firm, as opposed to some of the fly-by-night tv advertised companies pushing for business these days!

My brother passed away suddenly aged 58yrs and I did a search on the net for a funeral directors. From the moment the young lady answered my call, I just knew that Walsh's was the Company to choose. The compassion, empathy and kindness given was above and beyond what we could have imagined during our heartbreaking ordeal. The attention to detail was amazing and allowed us to be involved at all times but quietly nudging us in the right direction to give my brother the best send off he could have had.
On the day of the funeral, the all female staff showed us love and kindness, made sure that we as a family were coping. The Celebrant, Tracey did an amazing job too.
From all of the companies I spoke with, ironically Walsh's were the cheapest too but it felt like we had a five star service and my family and I, cannot thank all of the staff enough for looking after us during this period.
I highly encourage you to use this Company.

We used Walsh funerals and memorials to create a memorial in honour of my son. The memorial was made bespoke containing parts of numerous memorial's we liked and tailored to our son's interests. The final piece was just as we had envisioned it, it truly is perfect. The staff were amazing at every point of contact with a special thank you to Jaycee who handled our care with emotion and professionalism from start to finish.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Megan for all of your help with my father-in-law’s stone. It has been laid today and we couldn’t be more pleased with it. Megan has been an angel during such dark times and is a real asset to the industry.
