“LET'S BE 'AVIN' YOU”
With less than a month to go before the start of Super League 2014, The Salford Red Devils continue to reinvent themselves as one of the most ambitious and professional clubs in Rugby League.
Everyone needs a hobby. We need something to take our mind of the problem and challenges that reality poses us, and whether that is work, family or money related – A hobby keeps your sanity in check, giving you a good release of stress and tension.
I know exactly what you are thinking. You have seen enough Bruce Lee movies to know how to defend yourself, even going as far as watching Enter The Dragon at least 50 times. Well, I’m here to tell you that isn’t enough and if you are interested in some real training that look no further than Red Sun Karate!

2013 was a year that witnessed not only the survival of one of the oldest sporting clubs in Rugby League, but also the rebirth of a legend.
