FREE town centre parking after 3:00 pm in Rugby, Warwickshire during November and December for shoppers in lead up to Christmas in all council operated town centre car parks.
A report to Rugby Borough Council’s Cabinet will next week show that council housing rents for the coming year will again need to rise. Rent levels rose this year by an average of 6.43 per cent, and the recommended increase for next year is 6.82 per cent.
