Everyone likes to bite into something yummy every now and then. Something sweet and satisfying. At the same time everyone seems to be weight concious as well! How do we win in this situation then? It's simple!
Eat desets that don't have "leftovers" If you are making sweet dishes that are single serving ones, then you are definately less likely to over indulge.
Can't think of anything? Well don't worry, I'll give you wonderful Rochdale Readers my most favourite single serving desert recipe!
Recipe - Monkey Madness
1 8inch whole wheat Tortilla (or if you prefer regular that's fine)
1 Tblsp Peanut Butter
1/2 a Banana
a scoop of icecream (optional)
Okay the, take your tortilla and lay it flat. On half of your tortilla spread peanut butter and on the other spread some nutella. Thinly slice youtr banana and strawberrys and place them on one side of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla in half. Use a skillet to cook the tortillas on medium heat, make sure to cook both sides until they are crisp. Divide the cooked tortilla desert into two or three pieces and enjoy the delicious gooey crispyness with a scoop of your favourite icecream!
