Changes to pension law - latest from Norden and Bamford Financial Services Ltd

Workplace pensions law is changing and every employer will have to act.

From 2012, changes to pensions law will affect all employers with at least one worker in the UK.

The new employer duties are being introduced over 4 years, starting with the UK's largest companies in 2012.

Employers have an important role to play in pension provision.  Whilst working with your scheme trustees, advisers and providers to ensure high quality, good value pensions you can also offer support directly to your employees.

It's important that you feel able to talk to your employees about pensions and that you can help employees who have questions about their scheme.  Your company's pension scheme is a valuable part of your employment package.

If you would like any further information about how changes to pensions could affect your business please contact Norden and Bamford Financial Services Ltd on 01706 648 762 or visit the feature here.
