Sarah'S Profile
Sarah trained with Alan Herdman in 1996.
Previously a professional ballet dancer, Sarah became a founder member of the Pilates Foundation and went on to open Pilates Plus in October 2001.
Sarah also teaches Gyrotonic at her second studio 117.
