West End House is a very pretty late Georgian mansion which has been refurbished to a high standard to provide 6 attractive offices full of period details. The building is occupied by other small businesses mostly in the design and marketing fields and has a very lively and friendly atmosphere.
West End House is close to Mortlake Mainline Station and there is limited off-street parking.
To help plan your cash flow, the offices are let on an all-inclusive basis. We relieve you of the time-consuming bother of paying lots of separate bills.
At the moment we have 1 room available:
Room 6 is approx 320sqft (plus an additional space small that could be used for storage) and costs £800 per month.
The above prices include uniform business rates, building repairs, heating, lighting, power, office cleaning, WC facilities, kitchen facilities and buildings insurance. You just pay for your own phone and bring in your own furniture.
