Twickenham Alive has gained planning permission for a temporary ice rink to be installed in the grounds of historic York House, a 17th century building set in scenic grounds on the edge of Twickenham town centre near the River Thames.

Operating from Saturday 30th November 2013 until Saturday 11th January 2014, the rink will be provided by Stage Electrics, a leader in the field of Eco-Rinks and a company which has provided rinks in many sensitive sites around the country, including the London Eye Rink.

Twickenham Alive are currently seeking partners to invest in the ice rink, both for funding and in kind services.
